Trail Mail Meaning
A trail mail is a series of emails that can be sent on the same day or in chronological order.
A trail mail is a very effective way to keep reminding someone about the last conversation that you have with him/her. E-mail is a very effective tool to accomplish this. The ability to respond to emails facilitates a great deal of communication between people.
If you send an e-mail once in a while, then it becomes easier for you to attend them and communicate with them on your next visit.
However, if you send numerous e-mails like this, then it becomes harder for you to stay connected with them even if they are serious enough to trust you enough to open up the e-mail and read it at some point soon after it was sent.
In fact, many email service providers have become more active trying to increase their revenue by increasing the number of e-mails they deliver per day.
Trail Mail is one method where we can make sure that we do not miss any important communication from our friends and clients, thereby making sure that we are able to stay in touch with them whenever we want.
Trail Mail means the previous conversations which have been done before with someone on E-mail. When you E-Mail anyone “Hi” and he or she replies to you “Hello” then you can see that he replied to your “Hi” message in the E-Mail and that is the simple meaning of trail mail.
Many times people send an e-mail to his friend on Gmail or other e-mail services and he first writes him something and then his friend who received the e-mail replies to him according to what his friend asked first. And when the second friend replied to his friend’s e-mail, the first friend (who started the conversation) will be shown the previous conversation by the e-mail service provider like on Gmail.
The first friend can see the previous emails which he has done before with his friend on this conversation and that is what we call Trail Mail. Trail in English means “A series of marks in a long line that is left by somebody/something as he/she/it moves“.
